Resolved Question: Christian Republicans: don't you feel a conflict of interest in being "pro-life" and being anti-health care?
I mean working so hard against getting some affordable health care for all. Consider that most on welfare are children or parents of children who can't afford them. (Yes I know they should have kept their legs together but now we have sweet little children that didnt' ask to be born.) And don't bear false witness and say the government wants to force everyone to use the govt. health care option. You know this is America and you'll still be able to keep your private insurance if you want.

Resolved Question: have a friend who has no health insurance & is struggling to pay for his type 1 diabetes medication?
He uses an insulin pump. He also just got laid off from his job recently. He did not have health insurance to begin with so COBRA is not available. He lives in New York State. Any suggestions where he might get some assistance with affordable medications or insurance?

Resolved Question: I need to buy health insurance, which is the best and affordable?
I have a 19 year old son who has had 7 eye surgeries due to uveitis which is very rare, especially since he was just 15 when he was diagnosed. He is no longer eligible for Chip ins so I will have to pay for it myself since he is a part time student at community college and works part time. Can anyone recommend an insurance company in Austin Tx who will not turn him down because of his pre-existing condition?
