Resolved Question: ok i need al l the feed back i can get. about my car?
I crashed my car and did not have insurance right, i took it to this guy at a shop and he said he would fix it all for 8000 so i gave him half and went on. 4 months later he calls and says it's almost ready so i go to the bank and get the rest of the money. i give it to him but then he said oh it's not ready yet.. then he says he needs to do the electrical work and it's going to be 1,000 dollars... and then again asks for 350 for motor mounts..and he is taking for ever.. i think he just wants more and more money.. i'm scared but i told him i would not give him anymore money until it's all done.. so my car is just sitting there,,8 months later.. i told him take time to find used parts so it does not cost alot but i think he went way over.. i really need my car back and it's costing me alot of money and time... any info on what i should do or what i can do.. he never gave me a receipt for the last 4,000 thousand dollars... i don't know what to do.. who can i call... please help..

Resolved Question: Insurance 16 year old?
I have a few questions about insurance Are trucks cheaper than cars to insure? Is 4x4 any less or more? The older the vehicle the cheaper right? How old is too old? Honestly there is a 1989 Bronco down the street for sale perfect guy wants $1100.00 runs, drives, 4X4, 214k on it with the 5.0. Or a 1983 Ford F150 with v8 (not sure) runs, drives, very little rust (bubbles) for $1000.00 Then my dream is a Ford Taurus SHO 1991 manual, runs drives, wants 2,300.00 for it. Btw don't say get honda im sorry i wont do foreign. Maybe a Crown Vic but im a American made buyer. I know my cars not worried about repairs (i built a 440 Dodge Coronet motor) What about Vehicle age? or if it is 4x4 ?
