Resolved Question: What law in prevents health insurance companys from subrogating paid medical bills?
I live in Pennsylvania and I need to know what law prevents insurance company from subrogating medical bills paid out from a motor vehicle accident. I know there is such law because my lawyer used it for me, my friend would benefit from that law but I cannot remember what it was. Please provide a link to a official page on it.

Resolved Question: Low income with motoring expenses that cripple me.Help?
I am currently employed in the south east of the country on a little more than the minimum wage. My company requires that I use my own vehicle for work. I travel in excess of 400miles a week on business and I am paid 25p per mile expenses, which just covers fuel. My rent, whilst normal for the area is high when compared to the rest of the country, at £600 pm for a one bed flat. I am aware that I can get tax releif through HMRC Mileage Allowance Relief scheme. Is there anything else I can claim for like vehicle running costs, cost of vehicle, business insurance etc, as were it not for the job I would have little need for the vehicle. I am becoming desperate as I have to service and MOT the vehicle soon and know that the work required is going to be extensive and expensive then have tax and insurance renewals soon after. I am closely approaching the point where I can not afford to work!!! Thanks in advance for your response.
