Resolved Question: Car damaged insurance company paid what are my options?
My husband hit a pole. The insurance company paid me 2500 for damages. My car needs motor work not from the accident. What can I do can I just sell it and by a new car with the money or do I have to repair it . Please help I dont want to get in any trouble.

Resolved Question: How much can i sell my 1995 Pontiac Firebird for?
My 1995 Pontiac Firebird V8 Formula has 79,257 miles. I am the second owner and I bought the car when it had about 76,000 miles for $3500. The previous owner took very good care of the car and he was also a mechanic. He used nothing, but premium gasoline and I do as well for the most part. I pay a ridiculous amount for car insurance and gasoline. The car recently got a new starter, alternator, tension belt, drive belt, ignition switch, and 2 new car window motors. Also, when I bought the car I got 2 new front tires which are still almost new. The two rear tires need changing, but I don't know if I should change them to impress potential buyers. The car is in almost excellent condition and it looks impressive for never having a paint job. The rear seat in the car has a stain the size of a hand that came with the car when I bought it. Does anyone know how much I should sell my car for?

Voting Question: car financing questions?
I am only 18 and i know everyone will give me crap for it. I make about 1250 a month and soon i will be making about 2000. I found the car i want but its a 1997 and cost 7k. I know i could afford this even after insurance and gas tires and one medium repair every year. I am wondering if i could get financing on this car with a cosigner (parent) or if my parents could take a loan out in their name for me. Would a bank even give a loan considering how small it would be and the age of the car? Would it having only 3,000 miles on the motor and 98,000 on the body help? 7k is alot but this is a 240sx with an sr20det with a bunch of mods not motor mods that would compromise it but it has a 1800$ standalone ecu and some other goodies

Resolved Question: Does anybody know any Amlin Insurance Brokers?
I've been trying to find an Amlin motor trade insurance broker but can't seem to find any. I phoned them up but they said that they aren't allowed to tell me as they can't favour any broker over another. Can someone point me in the right direction please
