SWIM would like advice on what to do, his brother has been arrested after using SWIMS vehicle ( 50cc ped ) without insurance, or a licence. In order to protect SWIM he said he took the vehicle without permission. The vehicle was borrowed. To make matters worse swims brother is on probation for an unrelated matter and currently on bail for possession of a small quantity of a controlled substance. Bike is insured but obviously not for an unlicenced user. He has passed his CBT but subsequently did not qualify for a licence following a epileptic episodes. Update, SWIM has now found out that his brother wasn't even the driver! SWIM's brother was on the back of the vehicle, and the driver had a licence, but no incurance. The arresting officer that pulled the bike up thought the brother had been driving, when in fact it was the acompanying friend. SWIM's brother for some stupid reason took the rap. And ended up with a caution for taking vehicle without consent, and charged with having no licence and no insurance when he wasn't even the one driving.

Resolved Question: what to add to my blacktop?
i am redoing my drive way the cheap way..lol.. i took all the old black top and busted it up small and i am using a big roofer's torch to re-melt the blacktop to make it soft to re-lay.. i have added some used motor old to make it not so dry... and idea of what i can bye to add to it so when i re-lay it ... it will hold better........ it hold great when it is dryed on the test Pices i did just looking for some extra insurance the old blacktop it busted up little at a time..... them i put it in my wheelbarrow and burn it down with some used oil..... once its about 1400-2100* i dump it out... rake it and then roll it down and its just as new cant tell this diff from re burning it, or getting bran-new delivered...i want to know if their is anything i can add to it to make it stronger .... as its not a strong as bran new asphalt

Resolved Question: cancelled motor insurance they put up the premiums £400 for moving home wont give no claims back is it legal?
