Resolved Question: Unemployed but now disabled.?
I am currently collecting unemployment insurance. I was recently hospitalized and told that I can not drive until the department of motor vehicle (California DMV) and my doctor gives me the okay. I do not know how long this will last but I can not look for a job or go to work if I am unable to drive (I'm disabled to begin with and have mobility issues). I need advice. What should I do? Thank you. Follow-up question: The doctors aren't done testing with me yet but one thing they know for sure is that I can't drive and have reported me to DMV. Is the unability to drive considered a disability, and how will this affect my unemployment insurance (will it get interrupted)? Do I even have to report this change in my personal condition for collecting unemployment insurance benefit purposes? Again thank you.

Resolved Question: Repossession or stick it out?
I currently have two cars. 09 Focus and an 86 Camaro. Focus is brand new and financed under my own name. 86 is paid off with 86k with rebuild motor and trans. Focus is at $350 a month plus $120 insurance. Camaro paid off and $50 insurance. Focus doesnt need anything but it almost gotten repossessed last night as I am two months behind. Camaro is paid off but needs a paint job that will run $3000 and a new ac unit ($1000). Should I let Ford repossess the car and not have a monthly payment or sell the camaro, catch up on the payments and stay current. Personally I dont care. If the car will be repossessed, it will NOT be reported to my credit report (very long story but it wont). The tow truck came by last night at 4am trying to reposses the car but it just so happened that I was on the balcony and went out to talk to the guy. Bless his heart, the guy was very curtious and told me that he is not going to bother me tonight and asked that I dont tell the company that he let me go without taking the car. Very kind hearted guy, he really didnt want to take the car and I didnt even really ask. what should i do?
